Graphic Designer

Job summary:
As a Video Editor and Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content to engage our audience across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to the production process, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with our target audience.

About SkinQ:
SkinQ is a new player in the Indian derma-cosmetic industry, having entered the market in July 2021. Despite being a young brand, we offer 12 products across six categories. Our focus has been on creating the best skincare range for our customers, and this has not gone unnoticed. We are proud to have received two prestigious awards - Top 5 Sunscreens* at the Vogue Beauty Festival and Top 4 Sunscreens at the Elle Beauty Awards. At SkinQ, we believe in maintaining high standards, and our product recipes reflect this. We use toxin-free ingredients that are naturally derived and certified as safe. When it comes to skincare for Indian Skin, we recognize the unique challenges that this skin type presents. Indian Skin has more melanin, which means that products designed for Caucasian skin may not have the same effect. With Indian skin being more prone to hyperpigmentation, it is important to use products that can prevent and heal this issue, leading to healthier skin. At SkinQ, we have custom-made formulations that cater specifically to Indian Skin.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and other promotional materials.

2. Motion Graphics: Conceptualize and create captivating motion graphics to enhance video content and elevate our brand's visual identity.

3. Podcast Editing: Edit podcast episodes to ensure a seamless and engaging listening experience, incorporating relevant visuals where necessary.

4. Ad Creation: Develop eye-catching advertisements for digital platforms, incorporating video, motion graphics, and other design elements to effectively convey our brand's message and drive conversions.

5. Social Media Content: Create dynamic and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to short-form videos, GIFs, and animated graphics.

6. Production Insight: Provide valuable insights and recommendations throughout the production process, from brainstorming and planning to execution and delivery, to optimize efficiency and maintain high standards of quality.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all visual content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and ability to produce high-quality visual content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics principles and experience using software such as Adobe After Effects or similar programs.
- Experience editing podcasts and familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity) is preferred. - Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback to team members and stakeholders.
- A passion for storytelling and staying current with industry trends and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and design

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
