Role Overview:
The Network Solutions Architect (Pre-sales) is responsible for designing and presenting network solutions to prospective clients. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in networking, customer-focused communication skills, and an understanding of business requirements to craft solutions that align with clients’ goals. The Network Solutions Architect collaborates closely with the sales team to drive successful project outcomes and meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sales Engagement: o Partner with the sales team to assess client requirements and define networking solutions that address their technical and business needs. Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to understand their network infrastructure, challenges, and future requirements. Lead client-facing presentations, product demos, and workshops, showcasing the value of proposed network solutions.
2. Solution Design and Proposal Development: Design scalable, reliable network architectures aligned with client needs, considering factors such as performance, security, redundancy, and cost-effectiveness. Develop solution proposals, technical diagrams, and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly outline project scope, architecture, and timelines. Customize solutions for various client environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
3. Technical Advisory and Thought Leadership: o Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the sales cycle, providing insights and guidance on solution feasibility. Stay current on networking technologies, trends, and vendor offerings (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.) to offer informed recommendations. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within the team, contributing to internal resources and educating sales teams on solution functionalities.
4. RFx (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and Bid Management: Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring that solutions are accurately tailored to client requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, complete proposals, and submit responses within deadlines. Ensure technical accuracy in responses to reduce the risk of project issues during implementation.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships. Support clients in understanding how proposed solutions meet their business objectives, addressing any concerns, and offering alternative options when necessary. Facilitate smooth hand-offs to post-sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, JNCIE, etc.) are highly preferred.
2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS), technologies, and architecture principles. Proficiency in designing network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and IPS/IDS. Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), SD-WAN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
