Job Description: Junior Motion Graphic Designer

**ONLY FOR MUMBAI CANDIDATES**:
**Onsite: Bandra location**

**Schedule : Mon to Fri**

**Reports To**:Senior Motion Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting the Senior Designer**: Support the Senior Motion Graphic Designer in executing complex design projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Creative Adaptation**: Assist in adapting existing creatives to various formats and sizes to meet different platform specifications.
- **Static Design Creation**: Design visually appealing static assets for social media, ads, websites, and other digital mediums.
- **Motion Design**: Contribute to creating and refining motion graphics for video content when needed.
- **Minor Creative Changes**: Execute revisions, updates, and enhancements to existing creatives based on feedback and brand guidelines.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of creative assets that align with brand strategies.
- **Tools & Workflow**: Utilize tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for design tasks; Premiere Pro and After Effects knowledge is a bonus for video editing or animation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in motion graphic design or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- **Essential**: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- **Bonus**: Premiere Pro, After Effects
- **Brand Exposure**: Prior experience working with multiple brands, ensuring adherence to diverse brand guidelines.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- **Creative Mindset**: A keen eye for design trends and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
- **Communication Skills**: Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
