**Job Title: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant**
**Location**:Ghaziabad
**Job Type**:Full-Time
**Responsibilities**:
**Taxation**:
- Preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals, firms, and corporate entities.
- Handling GST registration, compliance, and filing of GST returns.
- Assisting in tax planning and providing advisory services to clients.
- Liaising with tax authorities and handling assessments, appeals, and other tax-related matters**.**
**Compliance**:
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.
- Managing company law compliance, including annual filings with MCA, ROC matters, and secretarial practices.
- Preparation and submission of required statutory reports and documents.
**Accounting and Auditing**:
- Finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and handling statutory audits.
- Conducting internal audits, stock audits, and preparing audit reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of MIS reports, budget analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Preparation of Schedule 3 balance sheet as per the Companies Act, 2013.
**Advisory and Consultation**:
- Providing financial and business advisory to clients on various aspects of business operations.
- Advising clients on restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and business setups.
**Client Management**:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Resolving client queries related to taxation, compliance, and other financial matters in a timely manner.
