The Receptionist Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and reservations efficiently.
- Manage room allocation and coordinate with housekeeping.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and report generation.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and promote hotel services.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in hotel front office operations (eZee knowledge preferred).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
