**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other platforms.
- Add visual effects, transitions, and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Perform color correction, sound mixing, and audio enhancements.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and goals.
- Develop video content that aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and target audience.
- **Asset Management**:

- Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility.
- Maintain backups of edited projects and raw footage.
- **Optimization**:

- Optimize video formats for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Ensure videos are compatible with platform-specific guidelines and aspect ratios.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and revise videos based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure final output meets quality standards and deadlines.
- **Tools and Software**:

- Utilize personal video editing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) to create professional-grade videos.
- **Staying Updated**:

- Stay current with video editing trends, techniques, and software updates to bring fresh ideas to projects.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- **Creative Skills**: Strong storytelling, visual composition, and design sense.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of video codecs, resolutions, frame rates, and audio editing.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of precision in editing, color grading, and audio syncing.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively collaborate with teams and communicate ideas clearly.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under tight schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Must have access to personal video editing tools and equipment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in various video editing projects.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and 2D/3D animation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of camera operations and video production processes is desirable.
