**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This role involves managing schedules, preparing sales documents, communicating with clients, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including setting agendas and preparing materials.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing them with information and addressing their inquiries.
- Follow up with clients on behalf of the sales team.
- Maintain and update sales databases and records.
- Generate sales reports and provide data analysis.
- Handle correspondence and document filing.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Assist in planning and organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, material preparation, and attendee coordination.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to support sales initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Masters's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
