**Project In-Charge** overseeing the High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) operations at Fitment Centers and Embossing Stations include:
**1.**Operational Efficiency**:
a) Ensure smooth operations at Fitment Centers and Embossing Stations.

b) Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance efficiency.

c) Implement measures to reduce turnaround time for HSRP issuance.

**2.**Quality Assurance**:
a) Ensure adherence to quality standards in the fitment and embossing processes.

b) Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in plate embossing and fitment.

c) Conduct periodic quality audits to maintain high standards.

**3.**Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**:
a) Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards related to HSRP issuance.

b) Keep abreast of any changes in regulations and update operational processes accordingly.

c) Ensure all HSRPs issued meet legal requirements and standards.

**4.**Customer Satisfaction**:
a) Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.

b) Implement measures to enhance customer experience during the fitment and embossing processes.

c) Address any customer grievances promptly and effectively.

**5.**Team Management**:
a) Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fitment and embossing teams.

b) Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure proficiency in their roles.

c) Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

**6.**Inventory Management**:
a) Manage inventory of HSRP materials and equipment at Fitment Centers and Embossing Stations.

b) Ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.

c) Implement measures to prevent loss or damage to HSRP materials.

**7.**Safety and Security**:
a) Implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.

b) Safeguard HSRP materials and equipment against theft or damage.

c) Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.

**8.**Reporting and Analysis**:
a) Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics such as issuance volume and turnaround time.

b) Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

c) Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

**9.**Technology Integration**:
a) Oversee the implementation and utilization of technology solutions to streamline operations.

b) Ensure effective utilization of software systems for record-keeping, inventory management, and reporting.

c) Identify opportunities for technology upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency.

**10.**Continuous Improvement**:
a) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

b) Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

c) Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant improvements into operational processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
