1. ACHIEVES CUSTOMER SERVICE OBJECTIVES BY CONTRIBUTING CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO STRATEGIC PLANS AND REVIEWS.

2. PREPARING AND COMPLETING ACTION PLANS; IMPLEMENTING PRODUCTION, PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY, AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE STANDARDS.

3. RESOLVING PROBLEMS; COMPLETING AUDITS; IDENTIFYING CUSTOMER SERVICE TRENDS.

4. DETERMINING SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS; IMPLEMENTING CHANGE.

5. PROVIDE REGULAR PRODUCT, CRM AND SOFT SKILLS TRAINING TO CALL CENTER TEAM.

6. SUPPORTING FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.

7. DAY TO DAY CALL REPORT

8. FULFILLED AND EXCEEDED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GOALS IN A CONSISTENT MANNER.

9. CREATED, EDITED, AND ALTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE STRATEGIES AND PROCEDURES IN AGILE MANNER TO BEST DELIVER A SATISFYING EXPERIENCE FOR OFFLINE & ONLINE CUSTOMERS.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
