Store Executive

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Responsible for overall management of Stores & Despatch through ERP/Excel systems for In-house Brand and 3rd Party Brands includes bottles, labels, caps, cc Box, chemicals, maintenance items etc.**

**Stores**
- Responsible for overall management of stores including inventory, inventory control and raw material management for our brands and third party brands ( Like, bottles, caps, labels, cc box etc)
- Responsible for physical verification of Inventory on a periodic basis and responsible to keep the stores up to date for internal and external audit
- Ensure proper stocking of material and spares at their designated location after inspection with material identification tag.
- Responsible to prepare GRN for each and every material after inspection and ensuring the material as per PO specification damages, if any and subsequently accepting or rejecting the said material
- Maintain the FIFO method during issue of materials
- Maintain the Bin card system for all inventory with all receipts and issue records
- Responsible of daily material receipt and consumption report.
- Responsible for identification of non-moving items and report accordingly for action plan.
- Responsible for Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate pass
- Responsible to maintain the record of tools and tackles issued by the department
- Ensure minimum wastage of materials which is required for the production and maintenance.
- Ensure material reconciliation and maintain minimum stock
- Tracking record of returnable gate pass at the end of each month.
- Responsible for Scrap management and maintain the record of reuse material from Scrap
- Responsible for preparation of material indent for purchase and closely follow up till material not reached at plant by proper documentation and mail.
- Responsible for unloading vehicles in time without detention charges.
- Responsible for Daily receipt of Raw material (Inspection) and entry into the ERP/Excel (Raw materials such as Bottles, Bottle Cap, Carton and Labels) along with preparation of GRN and sharing with the co packers.
- Responsible issue of material as required by production team along with maintaining the account of wastages.
- Responsible for safety of stores (During unloading) and ensure no accidents.
- Responsible for House-keeping of the Stores and maintain cleanliness at all times including fire safety (checking of fire extinguisher)
- Responsible to submit Raw Material Requisition to the Unit Head / Supply Chain (Raw Materials)
- Responsible for maintaining the daily inventory report for co packers and own brand and share the report to unit head.
- Responsible for monthly physical stock submission report with the signature from co packers.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for Innovation and continuous improvements.

Perform related duties as assigned by the management

**Dispatch**
- Responsible for maintaining the warehouse stock report in system and register.
- Responsible for see overall Godown and dispatch operations of KBPL Finished Goods Section.
- Oversees the finished goods inventory in the warehouse. Enter daily inventory. Conduct end of month inventory.
Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
- Responsible to supervise Labours who are responsible for dispatch of products
- Responsible for the entire warehouse operation and match the physical stock with excise stock with excise department.
- Responsible for the logistics of transportation of finished to the respective Depots / Copackers Location
- Responsibility for the Safety and Security of the Godown
- Ensure that all records are maintained in system / Log book with respect to Inventory/Dispatch/Logistics as per company norms
- Responsible to conduct Audit of the Godown.
- Coordinate with commercial, transportation and finance team to smooth operations and compliance
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Keeping a track of all vehicles for timely delivery
- Coordination with sales and production department for planning
- Properly recording of all batch numbers, mfg dates of the goods dispatches to various depos.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Graduate,
- 04 - 05 yrs experience in handling stores of a Bottling Unit
- Good Knowledge on Stores Management
- Customer service oriented with in depth knowledge of basic business management process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
