**Job Description: Travel Sales Associate**

**Experience: 1 Year**

**Location: Viman Nagar, Pune**

**Salary: 20k to 25k + Incentive.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Engagement**:Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote travel packages and services.
Understand clients' travel preferences, needs, and budgets to recommend suitable travel options.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about travel packages, itineraries, and pricing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

**Product Knowledge**:Maintain a deep understanding of the travel destinations, packages, and services offered by the company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations.

**Customized Itinerary Planning**:Collaborate with clients to design personalized travel itineraries based on their interests and preferences.
Suggest activities, accommodations, and transportation options to enhance the travel experience.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

**Communication and Teamwork**:Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate effectively with team members to share insights, best practices, and market trends.
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in travel sales within the Travel and Tourism industry.
- A background in Travel and Tourism or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, travel products, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using booking and reservation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for travel.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
