**Job Title**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: Sambalpur

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct campus tours, orientations, and information sessions to promote the school’s programs and facilities.
- Guide applicants and their families through the complete admissions process—from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain and update the student admissions database, ensuring accuracy of records and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with the school administration to plan and implement admission-related events and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication of admission decisions and manage waitlists as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the school’s curriculum, extracurricular activities, and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English speaking.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admissions management software.

**Working Hours**: 7:30am to 3:00pm

**Experience**: Min 2 to 5 Years in Admission Counselling
**Salary Range**: 25,000/- to 45,000/- As per experience (Accommodation and fooding included)
