**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in Hindi for middle and senior school students.
- Teach various aspects of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and oral communication.
- Use a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, debates, storytelling, and multimedia resources to keep students engaged and enhance their learning experience.
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Implement the school’s prescribed Hindi curriculum, ensuring that lessons meet the academic standards and learning objectives.
- Adapt lessons based on students' individual needs and learning styles, ensuring that all students are appropriately challenged and supported.
- Integrate cultural aspects of Hindi literature, poetry, and history into lessons to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of the language.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Regularly assess student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, presentations, and informal evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments, encouraging students to improve their skills in writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, monitor academic progress, and provide insights into areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking through interactive and thought-provoking lessons.
- Handle any classroom behavioral issues with a calm and constructive approach to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- **Student Support & Engagement**:

- Offer additional support to students who may need help with understanding certain topics or improving language skills.
- Motivate students to actively participate in language activities, such as writing competitions, debates, plays, or poetry recitals.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and any areas requiring attention.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic performance and suggest strategies for improvement at home.
- Provide updates on assignments, upcoming exams, and school events to keep parents informed.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and teaching methodologies in Hindi education and language teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes in Hindi.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field; B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the Primary, middle or senior school level.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the Hindi language, with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
- Good understanding of Hindi literature, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make learning Hindi engaging and relevant for students.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology to enhance teaching and learning is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
