Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, relevant and provides direction on a forward-looking basis to support business decisions.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and prior periods to ascertain root causes of variances and provide support in determining actionable counter measures
- Constant monitoring of the Cost Structure, cost analysis, maintains planning & control procedures, analyses & reports on variances.
- Ensures accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end close and related parties reporting.
- Prepare standard monthly operations review deck in close coordination with other functional leaders providing insights on business issues and drivers
- Enforces compliance with Danaher and Operating Company policies.
- Provide the finance support for Vendor and procurement management, FA acquisition and management.
- Provides financial tracking and insights on spending control for both Cap Ex and Opex.
- Provides business support to functional heads.
- Ensures STPI and FEMA compliances for transactions and reporting.
- Supports and co-ordinates with other cross functions on statutory and internal audits and Balance Sheet reviews.
- Review and automation of various workflows.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Chartered accountant with 5-7 years of experience various accounting and finance roles required with experience in Statutory compliances, account reconciliation.
- Experience reviewing, consolidating, and reporting the financial results preferably in the IT industry.
- Business partnering, working with, and influencing multi-functional teams and stakeholders within the organization.
- Strong experience working independently, understanding of managing expectation and dealing with conflict.
- Previous experience driving alignment and trade-off decisions across the organization through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in improving Internal Controls, Working capital analysis and management.
- Knowledge and practical experience of Oracle as ERP system.
- Strong experience of working independently.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
