**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **one-on-one** or **small group tutoring sessions** (offline/home tutoring or online mode)
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the student’s academic needs
- Use engaging teaching methods to improve student understanding and performance
- Provide **regular progress updates** to parents/students
- Follow the curriculum as per the respective **school board** (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, State Board, etc.)
- Maintain a **professional and interactive** learning environment
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and **student engagement skills**:
- Comfortable with **both online and offline teaching** (as per preference)
- **Reliable internet connection & laptop** (for online teaching)
- Ability to handle **students of different learning capabilities**:
- Passionate about teaching and **mentoring students**
