**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging English lessons that focus on language skills, literature, and critical thinking for primary grade students.
- Provide academic advising and support to students, encouraging their academic and personal development.
- Participate in departmental planning and contribute to committee work.
- Continuously enhance the English curriculum through assessment and creative approaches.
- Participate in applied research or professional activities to support curriculum advancements.
- Assist in student recruitment and other school events as part of the school community.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: B.A. in English with B.Ed or M.A. in English with B.Ed.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of teaching experience, specifically in primary English education.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to make English accessible and engaging for young learners.

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
