We are hiring a **Marketing & Fundraising Executive** for our NGO who will be responsible for promoting our initiatives and generating funds through corporate, institutional, and individual partnerships. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and fundraising skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Market and promote the NGO’s activities and social initiatives.
- Identify and approach corporates, donors, and institutions for funding.
- Create proposals, presentations, and fundraising campaigns.
- Represent the NGO in meetings, events, and networking sessions.
- Build and maintain long-term donor relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing/fundraising activities.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in **fundraising, NGO marketing, or CSR outreach** (preferred).
- Ability to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

**Eligibility**
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred - Marketing/Management/Social Work).
- Experience: 1-3 years in Marketing/Fundraising/CSR roles.
- Salary: ₹20,000-25,000.
