**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with visitor sign-in and security procedures.
- Provide support to the HR department, including onboarding new employees.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- High-School or Graduate can apply.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
