We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to join our team at 729 Grams Coffee. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in the marketing and sales efforts of our brand, focusing specifically on expanding our client base through collaborations, events, and strategic initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the coffee industry while honing your marketing and sales skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to promote 729 Grams Coffee. This includes identifying target demographics, creating engaging content, and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Sales Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base for 729 Grams Coffee. This may involve researching potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and building relationships to secure partnerships.
- Collaborations and Partnerships: Work closely with the team to establish collaborations and partnerships with relevant businesses, influencers, and organizations. Leverage these relationships to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as product launches, tastings, and pop-up shops. Coordinate logistics, promote events, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Use data insights to optimize strategies and drive results.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience with graphic design and proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for the coffee industry and a willingness to learn about our products and brand values.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
