We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis II to join our Finance Technology and Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Strong problem-solving skills including root cause analysis; identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for a solution; and supporting solution implementation
- Monitoring operations platform activities for effectiveness and accuracy
- Effectively interact with Business Partners and technology partners to understand the business needs and design solutions.
- Create business requirements documents, user stories, as well as other supporting artifacts such as business workflows & report mock-ups.
- Supports new Migrations with the help of Trainings and help in Document creations.
- Manage project tasks, timeline, risks, and issues.
- Work in close partnership with IT to ensure that project outcome meets business needs.
- Help with evaluation of new data sources, and subsequent acquisition & delivery of that data.
- Provide automation to improve the speed of delivery across the program.
- Support Regulatory audits
- Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a such as Science/Engineering, Finance.
- 3-5 years of overall experience (Technology experience will be a plus)
- Working knowledge of underlying modeling tools (SAS CPM, Hadoop/ Spark, Oracle SQL, Sybase SQL, and basic Informatica)
- Advanced Excel Skills - Pivot tables
- Knowledge on BI reporting tool like Microsoft Power BI, Tableauwill be a plus
- Superb communication skills - Strong written and oral communications skills
- Self-starter - Should drive change on their own with mínimal direction needed
- Analytical - Ability to easily dive into very arcane details on allocations and bring it up to the appropriate level of audience they are communicating with
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Confident and calm demeanor with ability to perform under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
