Generate new business by cold calling, networking, referrals, and visiting potential clients in assigned territory
- Make sales presentations to new clients explaining Bhagwati Homz's offerings and value proposition
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining regular contact and strengthening relationships
- Service clients by providing product information and pricing details
- Work closely with installation and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery as per client requirements
- Prepare daily call reports to provide status updates to sales management
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, pricing and industry trends
- Participate in marketing activities like exhibitions, sales promotions etc.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Field Sales executive, Business Development Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Goal orientation with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Persuasive negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office
- BSc/BA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
- Ownership of reliable transportation
