**Job Summary**

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, and visitors. The role involves monitoring security operations, managing incidents, and implementing security policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of security guards.
- Ensure the premises are properly secured and surveillance systems are functioning.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of buildings, facilities, and perimeters.
- Prepare and maintain incident reports, shift logs, and other documentation.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Train new security staff and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and other security equipment.
- Evaluate security risks and implement preventive measures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or management training is a plus.
- Knowledge of security operations and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems (MS Office, report generation).

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- On-site role; may involve long periods of standing or patroll
- a specific industry (like hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, etc.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
