Digital Marketing Strategist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns tailored to specific customer segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
**Campaign Management**:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
**SEO & Content Marketing**:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, and infographics, to enhance brand presence.
- Leverage keyword research and analytics to drive traffic and engagement.
**Social Media & Community Engagement**:
- Oversee social media strategy and execution across various platforms.
- Monitor trends and leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility.
- Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and build brand advocacy.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
**Collaboration & Innovation**:
- Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, AI automation, and best practices.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or D2C marketing is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint is preferred.
