**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop & customize WordPress websites using Divi and Elementor
- Convert **Adobe XD, Photoshop, or PSD designs** into responsive and interactive WordPress pages
- Design web layouts and graphics **from scratch using Photoshop**:

- Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, SEO, and overall performance
- Customize WooCommerce functionality, WordPress themes, and plugins
- Ensure website security, regular backups, and uptime monitoring
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand and user experience

**Technical Skills Required**:

- WordPress, Elementor, Divi, WooCommerce customization & integration
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, Structured Data
- Website speed optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed)
- Familiarity with backup, security, and performance monitoring plugins
- **Design Tools**:

- Adobe XD
- **Photoshop (hands-on experience creating and editing web designs from scratch)**:

- Understanding basics of UX/UI principles and design systems

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
- Strong portfolio of WordPress websites (Divi/Elementor-based)
- Experience in **Photoshop-based design creation and editing**:

- Solid understanding of technical SEO, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience working with APIs and third-party plugins (a plus)
