**Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling visuals for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics and videos, website/App banners, print collateral, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of design work.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure visual assets enhance the overall messaging and storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Work with external vendors and printers to ensure print materials are produced to the highest quality standards.

**Skills Required**:

- Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense
- Keen on strategy and research based projects to deliver successful design
- Competent in Adobe Suite and eagerness to learn new software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt culture with design
- Strong in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing softwares (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
