Introduction

Responsibilities include:

- Act as a domain expert in Regulatory Reporting, Payments Modernization, Financial Risk Management, and other key areas within the banking domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and implement solutions that leverage leading market products such as Axiom SL, Finastra, and other banking-specific products.
- Drive the solution architecture process by integrating domain expertise with technology, ensuring scalability and seamless integration of APIs and systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes across regions, including developments in the USA, Middle East, APAC, and other regions.
- Provide consulting and thought leadership on domain-specific challenges and market trends to internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet both domain and technology requirements, bridging the gap between functional and technical aspects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that align with their strategic goals and regulatory needs.
- Develop best practices, standards, and frameworks for banking domain solutions and act as a mentor to other team members on domain-related matters.

Primary Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in the banking domain, with strong functional expertise in areas such as Regulatory Reporting, Payments Modernization, and Financial Risk Management.
- Hands-on experience with market-leading products such as Axiom SL, Finastra, and other relevant solutions in the banking domain.
- Strong understanding of technology architecture, with experience in API integration, system architecture, and implementation nuances.
- Proven track record of working on IT services consulting engagements, helping clients develop and implement domain-specific solutions.
- Willingness to adapt and expand knowledge across sub-domains (e.g., a focus on Payments with the flexibility to learn Regulatory Reporting).
- Familiarity with global banking regulations and trends across different regions such as the USA, Middle East, and APAC.
- Ability to communicate complex domain and technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Secondary Skills:

- Experience working in leading IT services companies, developing solution offerings around banking domain areas.
- Knowledge of Trade Finance, Risk Management, or other related banking sub-domains is a plus.
- Strong leadership and consulting skills, with the ability to guide both internal teams and clients through domain-specific challenges.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
