And practices.- Responsible for review and compliance of analytical test report like raw material, packing material, In-process, Finished product, Swabs, Stability and Water Analysis.- To review and ensure compliance of analytical document related to method transfers, instrument calibration / qualifications, analyst qualification and working standard qualifications.- To perform review and ensure compliance of electronic data in QC lab like chromatographic data station and other software systems as applicable.- To communicate review observations (if any) to concerned personnel and to ensure compliance of respective observations.- To review and ensure compliance of certificate of analysis / analytical test report.- To perform specification verifications and ensure compliance with approved specifications.- To communicate on review observations to concerned personnel and ensure compliance of the respective observation.- Initiation, Evaluation and review of change controls.- To Review investigations, Corrective action and preventive action addressing for the incidents/OOS/OOT- To ensure implementation and compliance against standard operating procedures/general test procedures/ Standard test procedures.- To report/highlight discrepancies in review/ procedures / products / materials /people practices/ systemic issues/ any other abnormalities to the functional head in time.- To participate and support continuous improvement projects.- Review of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance and adherence to norms.- Issuance of documents (ROA, Formats etc.) to user department.- To ensure compliance of the batch release of the product and give usage decision in
