Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Reconciliation Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the reconciliation of inventory (raw material,

work in progress, finished goods) at our plant, working closely with the procurement and production

will have a strong background in inventory management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability

to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the reconciliation of inventory at the plant, ensuring accuracy and completeness of

data.

Collaborate with the production team to track the movement of raw materials and SKUs

throughout the manufacturing process.

Conduct regular audits of inventory records to identify discrepancies and implement

corrective actions as needed.

Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and documentation to ensure

compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize waste.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials

and efficient use of storage space.

Provide regular reports on inventory levels, variances, and performance against KPIs to

management.

Qualifications:
B Com / BBA / Prior knowledge in Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Accuracy of inventory records across production processes.

Timeliness of inventory reconciliation with production records.

Reduction of inventory discrepancies.

Tracking wastage and expiry across inventory levels.

Optimization of stock levels to service customer purchase orders.

Compliance with inventory management procedures and regulations.
