**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Experience and fluency in CyberArk PAM, OPM, and AAM.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree or certificate in information systems or information technology.
- Availability for a 24/7 work schedule.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum solid experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CyberArk PAM solutions on-premises.
- Understanding of security and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with CyberArk PAM components such as CPM, PSM, and PTA.
- Experience integrating CyberArk PAM solutions with Active Directory, Identity Management, and SIEM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems.

**Required Experiences and Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience in CyberArk PAM, OPM, AAM.
- Proficient in onboarding platform management, safe management, and password management.
- Critical thinking to resolve non-standard troubleshooting techniques impacting CyberArk Support SLAs.
- Experience in performing Root Cause Analysis and problem management.
- Demonstrable experience in creating self-service and automation activities within CyberArk.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and judgment skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to esta premblish trust and rapport.
- Critical thinking for non-standard troubleshooting techniques.
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer or equivalent experience.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and problem management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as Technical SME/SPOC for the CyberArk support team.
- Build and enhance documentation quality, particularly Privileged Process Management (PPMs).
- Support and drive escalations and Major Incidents (MIs).
- Lead service improvement initiatives.
- Improve customer satisfaction with measurable results.
- Motivate, train, and upskill the team.
- Conduct technical interviews, participate in hiring, and contribute to building the CyberArk team.

**Nice to Have**:

- Certification in CyberArk.
- Experience creating self-service and automation activities within CyberArk.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
