**Job Title: Spoken English Trainer**

**Salary: INR 15,000 - INR 18,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive spoken English classes to students.
- Assess students' language skills and create customized learning plans to meet their needs.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and conduct regular assessments to evaluate proficiency levels.
- Create a motivating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content and teaching resources.
- Stay updated with language teaching trends, methodologies, and resources to continually improve teaching effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching spoken English to diverse groups of students.
- Excellent command of the English language with clear pronunciation and grammar skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and motivating students to excel in English communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies and instructional technologies is a plus.
