Loan Executive

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Maintain rapport with clients
- Surpassing allocated targets
- Promoting various banking loans
- Using sales techniques to attract target customers

**Skills required**
- Knowledge of organization’s loans and policies; updates documentation as and when requested.
- Understanding of personal loans, Business loans, Vehicle loans : 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler, 4 wheeler etc.
- Required DSA, with great personality.
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panjim, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
