About Us:
Soulful Centre for Learning is an innovative learning center focused on holistic education for children aged 3 to 14. We aim to create an environment where curiosity is encouraged, learning is fun, and students can thrive through a balanced blend of teacher-driven instruction and curiosity-driven exploration. Our curriculum includes literacy, numeracy, projects, reflective exercises, teamwork, games, circle time, and art classes.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily learning activities for children aged 3 to 14, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of a mixed-age setting.
- Deliver structured, teacher-driven instruction in literacy, numeracy, and other foundational skills.
- Guide students in curiosity-driven projects and exploration activities, fostering a hands-on, inquiry-based approach.
- Encourage teamwork, reflective exercises, and critical thinking through group activities and discussions.
- Organize games, art classes, and circle time to support students’ emotional and social well-being.
- Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves.
- Regularly assess and document students’ progress, providing individualized feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other facilitators to ensure smooth transitions between activities and consistency in the center’s educational approach.
- Engage with parents to communicate students’ growth and learning experiences.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in teaching or facilitating educational programs, particularly in mixed-age settings.

Even freshers who believes in similar educational philosophy is ideal.
- Familiarity with project-based learning, Montessori, or other alternative education methods is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Creativity, patience, and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Passion for fostering a joyful and collaborative learning environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (optional)
