Hcc Coding Trainer

**Location**: Thirupattur, India

**Experience Level**: 1+ Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Development**: Provide comprehensive training for new hires and continuous education for experienced coders on HCC coding guidelines, CMS regulations, and risk adjustment methodologies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review coding performance and provide constructive feedback to coders to enhance accuracy and compliance.
- **Documentation Improvement**: Support coders in refining documentation practices to ensure thorough and compliant coding.
- **Audit & Compliance**: Participate in internal audits and contribute to compliance initiatives to meet regulatory standards.
- **Resource Development**: Update and create training materials to keep pace with industry best practices and coding guideline changes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with departments such as Quality Assurance and Compliance to support company goals in coding accuracy and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HCC coding and training.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of HCC coding guidelines and CMS regulations.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Detail-oriented with the ability to identify coding trends and areas for improvement.
