**UI/UX Designer: Freshers - 5 years Experience**:
Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Mohali

Experience Level: Fresher to 2 Years

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define user needs and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces that align with the brand's identity and user requirements.
- Ensure consistency across design systems, guidelines, and patterns.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and iteratively improve designs based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in UX/UI design (internships or personal projects are also considered).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Familiarity with responsive design practices and mobile-first design.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for user-centric design.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in conducting user research or usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.
- Experience with animation tools (e.g., After Effects) or motion design is a plus.

**Process of Interview**:
**Aptitude Test**:
This part of interview is the First stage where you need to perform a program practically and show the output of the same.

**Technical Interview**:
