- M. Phil in Clinical Psychology

- 0 to 4 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement treatment plans, therapeutic strategies, etc. Conduct client screening to identify psychological, emotional or behavioural issues in clients while screening clients.
- Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
- Coordinate with client’s families.
- Work as a client manager to coordinate internally for all needs of client.
- Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions.
- Conduct research and use the latest standardized psychological/educational screening & diagnostic tests, tools.
- Involve self in multi-disciplinary report discussions, reviews, case discussions and report directly to Client care/outreach.
- Support in implementing processes for clinical operations and quality standards at the centre.
- Confidential record maintenance of all standardized tests or screening reports of each client. Maintain client demographics.
- Write articles, interact with journalists for articles to be published in newspapers, on social media, Mpower’s content library.
- Supervise interns to ensure that their project is executed as planned and encourage learning along the way.
- Create modules for workshops to spread awareness and reach out with various programs to schools, colleges, corporates, other social enterprises, NGOs, etc.
- Support and provide inputs in content sourcing and development for workshops, social media platforms, web-sites, etc.
- Collaborate with the functional teams and Mpower’s strategy to increase the number of lives touched.
- Connect with the medical and mental health fraternity to represent Mpower and contribute in increasing the number of referrals at Mpower.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
