**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
General Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.

Invoicing: Create and process customer invoices accurately and promptly. Ensure that invoices reflect the correct products, quantities, and pricing. Resolve any discrepancies or customer queries related to invoices.

Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. Work closely with the sales team to address any issues impacting customer payments.

Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including sales tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and invoicing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and procurement, to ensure seamless financial operations.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
