Door to Door Sales

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct door-to-door visits in residential areas to engage with potential customers.

2. Introduce our products/services to customers and provide them with information, benefits, and features.

3. Persuasively present sales propositions and highlight how our offerings can fulfill customers' needs.

4. Actively listen to customers' inquiries, concerns, and objections and provide appropriate responses and solutions.

5. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

6. Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and keep up-to-date with any changes or improvements.

7. Collect and record customer information accurately to maintain a comprehensive database.

8. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster customer loyalty and retention.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback, strategies, and market insights.

10. Report on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager regularly.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential customers effectively.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to close sales successfully.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Familiarity with the local market and residential areas in Bhandara, Maharashtra, is advantageous.

6. Basic computer skills to maintain sales records and reports.

7. Must be presentable, courteous, and professional in all interactions with customers.

8. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing or business is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhandara, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
