- **Identifying Vacant Flats**:

- Go **door-to-door** in designated areas, including residential societies, independent houses, and apartments.
- Speak directly to **property owners and security guards** to inquire about vacant flats.
- Look for **'TO-LET' signs** and gather details about the property.
- **Pitching FlatX to Owners**:

- Explain how **FlatX helps owners find tenants faster** by listing their properties on our platform.
- Highlight FlatX's **zero-brokerage policy, digital visibility, and direct tenant connections**.
- Persuade them to onboard their property on **FlatX**.
- **Flat Listing Process**:

- Collect **owner details, flat specifications, and images/videos** for listing on FlatX.
- Ensure accurate and complete data collection.
- **Assisting Tenants**:

- Visit tenants as assigned by the company and **show them properties** listed on FlatX.
- Help tenants understand the benefits of renting through FlatX and **facilitate deals**.
- For every successful deal, the intern will earn **10% commission** on the amount paid by the customer.
- **Work Schedule**:

- Visit residential societies and apartments as per the assigned area.
- Daily reporting of listings onboarded and tenant interactions.
- Maintain a **log of approached properties** for tracking progress.
- **Plan 1**:

- **Stipend**: ?5000 per month
- **Target**: 80 flats per month
- **Work Days**: Monday to Saturday
- If an intern fails to meet the target, their stipend will be **prorated** based on actual performance.
- Formula for payment calculation:

- **No sharing of collected owner details** outside FlatX.
- **No external usage of proprietary data** collected during fieldwork.
- Any breach of confidentiality will result in **immediate termination**.
