**Position**: Skating Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching**: Develop and implement comprehensive skating training programs tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of athletes, from beginners to advanced.
- **Skill Development**: Teach essential skating techniques, including balance, coordination, speed, and agility.
- **Athlete Development**: Foster athletes' physical, mental, and emotional growth through personalized coaching and mentorship.
- **Safety**: Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by following established safety protocols and providing appropriate supervision.
- **Competitions**: Prepare athletes for competitions by providing targeted training and guidance.
- **Team Building**: Promote a positive and supportive team environment among athletes.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with athletes, parents, and the coaching staff.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a skating coach or a successful competitive skating background.
- Strong knowledge of skating techniques, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for skating and a commitment to developing young athletes.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
