**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging Abacus classes for students, ensuring a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Teach and guide students on Abacus techniques to improve their mental math and cognitive skills.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different learning paces and styles.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning space for students.
- Prepare students for Abacus competitions and evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and tools in Abacus education.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as an Abacus teacher or similar teaching role preferred.
- Certification in Abacus training (optional but advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle young learners with patience and care.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing children's growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
