We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Executive to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Performance Marketing Executive, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Develop and manage digital prospects and remarketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Closely work with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results to clients
- Prepare and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual plans, share strategic roadmaps

**Requirements**:

- Must have a degree in Marketing and Digital marketing certification
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, and other digital channels
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google

Analytics experience
- Have excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and

consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
