**Work From Office**
- Visual Communication: Develop visually appealing and informative graphics, infographics, and visual aids to communicate complex medical and scientific information clearly and accurately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical writers, scientists, and marketing teams to create engaging and informative content for various healthcare and pharmaceutical products.
- Creative Development: Conceptualize and design creative assets including brochures, posters, newsletters, conference materials, social media graphics, and digital content.
- Branding: Ensure all design outputs align with the company's branding guidelines and enhance the brand's visual identity.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to create innovative and effective communication materials.
- Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy of all design materials, maintaining high standards of visual quality and consistency.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting all quality and creative standards.

**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries (medico-marketing agency experience is a plus)

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and CorelDRAW.

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in healthcare-related design projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare communication standards is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
