**Microbiologist
- GMP-QC**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
To ensure environmental monitoring, water testing, trends and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.

**MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To maintain Good Laboratory Practice and Good Documentation Practice in micro lab.
- Perform daily calibration & verification activity in micro lab & maintaining related documents.
- Preparation of media for routine activity & maintain its re-conciliation.
- Water sampling & testing as per the procedure & maintaining its related documentation.
- Environment monitoring of micro lab, its reporting.
- To involve & co-ordinate with validation party for all qualification, validation activity in micro lab.
- Performance of all Growth Promotion Test of newly received media & prepared media lots.
- Procurement, storage & handling of all standard cultures & its purity verification along with its related documentation.

**WORK RELATIONS**:
**Internal**:

- QA, Quality Control**,**Eng. Department (Utility), HR, IT, Production, OHC, Safety.

**External**:

- External Testing Lab Service providers and Validation Service providers

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Minimum 1-2 Years in Microbiology lab of pharma Industry.
