Key Responsibilities:
Site Visits & Supervision:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Supervise on-site labor and ensure that tasks are being performed as per the required quality standards.

Address and resolve any issues or delays in coordination with the project manager and client.

Labor Management:
Allocate tasks to laborers and ensure optimal team performance.

Maintain discipline and order on the site.

Ensure that safety regulations are followed by all on-site personnel.

Measurement and Documentation:
Take accurate site measurements for project planning and execution.

Record and maintain daily site reports, including labor attendance and material usage.

Client Interaction:
Serve as the point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns and providing updates.

Ensure that client requirements are understood and delivered accordingly.

Material Management:
Oversee material inventory on-site and coordinate with the office for timely supply.

Ensure mínimal wastage and optimal use of materials.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in site supervision, labor management, or a similar role.

Experience in taking measurements related to construction or maintenance projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of laborers.

Good communication skills to interact with clients and company management.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Willingness to travel and visit different sites regularly.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in marble polishing, stone polishing, or floor maintenance will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
