**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordination with consultants, customers, contractors and site team.
- Responsible for technical liaison and compliance
- Responsible for executing daily stand ups across all ops functions
- Responsible for Issue management as an Admin
- Organise and lead all internal and external team members and deliverables to meet established schedules and budgets for projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain with scopes, schedule, and defined budgets.
- Facilitate and capture requirements, including creation of use cases and functional and non-functional requirements, meticulous planning for flawless execution of projects
- Manage project documentation
- Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishments of specific milestones.
- Track business and technical deliverables and keep the project plan up to dates related to project

**Requirements**:

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge and experience with robotics, new software product development, engineering and supply chain logistics.
- Hands on experience in Ms excel, google sheet and Ms word.

**Good to Have**:

- Project documentations, project coordination, project planning.
- Strong Project Management skills with 1-2 years of Experience in startup/fast paced Dynamic Organisations.
- Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira
- Desired Qualification: bachelor degree or post graduation(engineering background)
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in the given field.
