**About the Role**:
Tirupati Udyog, a leading manufacturer of Pawan Edible Oil in the regional market, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding our sales network, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for Pawan Edible Oil within a designated territory.
- Identify and build strong relationships with potential and existing distributors and retailers.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of Pawan Edible Oil.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure timely product delivery and address any customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular sales reports and participate in performance reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- Up to 50% travel

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- sales and marketing: 1 year (required)
