Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the office and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with clients regarding product deliveries, schedule, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Handle client inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant department as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing office documents.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Handle the pick-up and drop-off of products to and from clients and suppliers as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation (if required for product deliveries).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in handling product deliveries or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with studio or product-based industries is a plus.
