2. Daily operation work in SAP system to place PO and make sure PO placement successfully

3. Daily PO follow-up, including ETD/ETA follow-up, shipment tracking, parts GR/IR

4. Basic planning knowledge in supply chain management

5. Compiles key metrics, produces reports and analyse data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.

6. Provides training and mentorship support; develops training/documentation materials

**Qualifications**

1. Fluent Japanese, able to communicate with Japanese customers without barriers

2. First level university degree or equivalent experience

3. 4-8 years of experience in a supply chain function, it’s better if any work experience in HP before.

4. Good understanding of supply chain processes

5. Demonstrated analytical skills

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English

7. Good interpersonal skills

8. Basic Microsoft Office skills

9. Work in office every Tue, Wed, Thu.
