**Position**: Part-Time Telecaller

**Experience Required**: Fresher or 6 months in telecalling or a similar role
**Working Hours**: 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM (4 Hours)
**Languages**: Proficiency in Hindi & English
**Salary Range**: ₹5,000 per month
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (Sunday off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database.
- Achieve daily call targets and contribute to team goals.
- Ensure accurate and thorough information is provided to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer skills for managing call records.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
- English (required)
