**Responsibilities**:
- Handle walk-in, online, and telephonic inquiries effectively.
- Counsel prospective students from initial contact to admission closure.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain student records in the system.
- Develop and maintain meaningful engagement with students.
- Manage the display of academic and event notices.
- Address and resolve general student concerns.
- Plan and execute weekly activity schedules.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain follow-ups for fee collection and ensure timely recovery.
- Coordinate internal exam communications and result announcements.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English, Marathi, and Hindi**.
- Proficiency in **MS Word** and **MS Excel**.
